Polish Insurance Association (PIU) concluded a lease contract concerning office area in SPEKTRUM Tower. The tenant will move into a new headquarters at the beginning of 2016.

Polish Insurance Association (PIU) concluded a lease contract concerning office area in SPEKTRUM Tower. The tenant will move into a new headquarters at the beginning of 2016.PIU is going to occupy the whole 20th floor of the building. We are an organization that associates all Polish insurers. The scope of works conducted by us requires a modern headquarters with a convenient access, also by public transport. While making a decision, we took both a location of SPEKTRUM Tower, economic balance and possibility of flexible shaping of the rented office area into consideration – says DPh Piotr Gliński, Financial Chairman of Polish Insurance Association. Due to a big amount of data delivered to PIU, an access to modern fiber-optic infrastructure was really crucial for our activity, and SPEKTRUM Tower has got exactly such a network – adds Gliński.

Polish Insurance Association is an organization of the industry local government which represents all kinds of insurance companies on the area of the country. It supports the lawmaker in the area of constituting an insurance law. It also conducts activities aimed at e.g. increase in insurance awareness of the society.

 

SPEKTRUM Tower is located at Twarda 18 Street in Warsaw. It is a 122-meter-high building with over 28 000 sq. m of modern office area. The structure was totally modernized. The scope of works included a replacement of installation, lobby, arrangement of greenery or adjustment to requirements of ecological construction. At present, it is in the process of the BREEAM certification which confirms that the building is eco-friendly. The lowest floors are intended for service and commercial area where e.g. canteen, medical clinic and fitness zone are located. Importantly, there is also the Nextbike station and zone for bicyclists. Tenants of the structure may benefit from 314 parking places. The building is in the portfolio of Europa Funds.
