Guidewire is going to move into Regent Office. The company will launch in Cracow its sixth Regional Programming Center in the world.

Herbewo International gained a new tenant which will occupy the second floor of Regent Office. Guidewire will move into the building and launch in Cracow its sixth Regional Programming Center in the world, which will offer a job to programmers and IT experts.

It is another tenant who is going to move into Regent Office. At the end of October 2015 Herbewo informed about gaining its first tenant for the investment – Grand Parade, which occupied the third floor of the structure. Moreover, the company announced that it signed a lease contract with Onwelo in December last year.

 

Guidewire Software has been functioning on the market since 2001. The company delivers IT solutions for the insurance sector. In Europe, it owns headquarters in Dublin, London, Paris and Munich.

 

Regent Office is being realized at Prądnicka 20A Street in Cracow. Works at realization of the project have lasted since September 2014. The commission of the office is planned on March this year. The building will offer ca. 5000 sq. m of office space located on 5 aboveground tiers. Tenants will have 100 parking places in a 2-tier underground park as well as parking places for bicycles, changing rooms and showers for bicyclists at their disposal. The building will be characterized by a green roof with relaxation zone for tenants. As a target, the extension of the office will be conducted on the adjacent plot. The architectural project of the building was prepared by the Cracow BS-Arch studio.
