New tenants in Lubicz Brewery

Balmoral Properties concluded three other contracts concerning lease of commercial space in Lubicz Brewery. The group of new tenants includes Uber, which is going to occupy 350 sq. m in Goetze Palace.

Balmoral Properties concluded three other contracts concerning lease of commercial space in Lubicz Brewery. New tenants will jointly occupy 730 sq. m. The group of them includes American company Uber, which rented 350 sq. m of commercial space in the renovated and historical Goetze Palace. A center of advanced business services will be launched in that place. It will be the first such center of the American transport start-up in both Poland and Central and Eastern Europe. Uber specializes in carriage of persons. The company has been functioning since 2014 and its application is available in Warsaw, Cracow, Tricity, Poznań and Wrocław.

 

Furthermore, an international personnel consultancy company Adecco also decided to rent an office in Lubicz Brewery. The company provides services in the area of management of human capital. It rented 315 sq. m of commercial area in the building "B". The group of tenants of the investment was extended by Optyk Pański. The company rented 64.08 sq. m of commercial area in the building "A". A modern optic salon will be launched on that area and will be opened at the beginning of March this year.

 

At present, works related to realization of the second stage of Lubicz Brewery are being realized on the area of the investment. Four residential buildings will be realized within this phase. They will have 4-5 floors and 163 apartments. Except for a residential part, an office building with the size of 4200 sq. m is also being realized.
