The group of major tenants in Ghelamco Poland was extended by MasterCard, which will occupy 1505 sq. m on the 31st floor of Warsaw Spire. The complex will become a new headquarters of the Polish department of the company in June this year. We are glad about the removal to Warsaw Spire. It is a modern building in respect of construction solutions, infrastructure available for tenants, architecture and ecology, which perfectly correspond to innovative culture of MasterCard. Additionally, the building is well communicated with other districts of the city and it is situated in an interesting neighborhood, which is becoming a new business center of the capital – Bartosz Ciołkowski, Chief Executive Officer of the Polish Department of MasterCard Europe, says.

We are pleased to welcome another prestigious tenant in Warsaw Spire. We are very glad about the fact that the complex at European Square (Plac Europejski) is chosen by such renowned and innovative companies. The contract with MasterCard is clear evidence for us that even the most demanding tenants appreciate quality of our project and visionary concept of combining office functions with valuable public space – Jarosław Zagórski, Trade and Development Chairman of Ghelamco Poland, says.

MasterCard was represented by JLL consulting company during the process of searching for location and negotiating a lease contract.
