Oxygen Park complex, which is realized by Yareal Poland at Jerusalem Avenues in Warsaw, was sold. A new owner of this structure is Golden Star Estate B.V. Group.
Oxygen Park is an office offering 18 000 sq. m of modern office space, which is totally rented. The list of foregoing tenants includes Wirtualna Polska Group, Merck, Lionbridge, Fujitsu Technologies, Sodexo and Agfa Graphics.
