Salt Ship Design Poland stays for longer in Łużycka Office Park

Salt Ship Design Poland decided to stay in the rented office space in Łużycka Office owned by Allcon Investment.

Salt Ship Design Poland – Polish department of architectural studio in Norway engaged in projects of ships – decided to stay in the rented office space in Łużycka Office Park owned by Allcon Investment. The tenant will occupy an office of the size amounting to 880 sq. m on the fourth floor of building B by the end of May 2022 within the concluded agreement. The office in the business center of Gdynia located in close proximity to the Tricity shipyards is a very good value for the Scandinavian company from the marine industry. The fact that Salt Ship Design Poland decided to renew its agreement with us is the best evidence of communicational assets of our location as well as access to experts from the local market. However, we also treat it as a confirmation of quality of office space offered by our company and high standards of service of our tenants – says Halina Gniadecka of Allcon Investment.

Salt Ship Design Poland has been present in Łużycka Office Park since 2012. Initially, the tenant occupied 500 sq. m, but it extended its office to the present size in 2014.
