French advertisement group extended the foregoing lease contract in the Platinium Business Park complex
One out of the four biggest advertisement groups in the world stays in Platinium Business Park for longer. Publicis Groupe is to extend its offices by additional 1 600 sq. m.

The extension of the lease contract by Publicis Groupe in the Platinium Business Park complex has been so far the biggest lease transaction concerning office space on the Warsaw real estate market this year. Eight companies of the group will occupy nearly 14 000 sq. m, thus extending the offices by 1600 sq. m.

Eight companies of the group own their registered offices in five different buildings on the area of the whole Platnium Business Park complex. Each company has its own individual character and area of business activity, thus they have different expectations towards the occupied office space. Due to the size of this complex, we are able to quickly react on the changing needs of Publicis and guarantee development to all eight entities within one office complex. This factor was one of the key factors in the process of making a decision about extension of the foregoing lease contract – says Dariusz Domański, Junior Partner, Director of Development and Lease of White Star Real Estate.
