New tenants in the tenement house

The Warsaw office tenement house gains two new tenants. The structure offers a small area intended for maximum five tenants.

The tenement house at Górskiego 9 Street in Warsaw was chosen by two tenants from the marketing as well as food and drink industries. The lease contract concerned 660 sq. m. The building's owner – Predom – was represented by Savills during both transactions.

The tenement house is situated at Górskiego 9 Street and it constitutes an interesting alternative for office space in the buildings class A. It offers small space for maximum five tenants, representative lobby and perfect location in the very heart of the city center. The building's structure and openness of the owner for the needs of tenants allow to adjust the available space to even the most demanding clients. The height of rooms, opened windows and air-conditioning make that comfort of work remains at the highest level – sums up Daniel Czarnecki, Tenant Representation Department, Savills.

Górskiego 9 is a four-floor postwar office tenement house. The building offers jointly 1780 sq. m in the office setting. The structure is situated in the very heart of the Warsaw city center at Górskiego 9 Street in close proximity to the crossroads with Szpitalna Street. There are also means of public communication in close neighborhood of the building (up to 700 m) as well as many restaurants, hotels and offices such as the Province Administrative Court and the Supreme Administrative Court.
