Globe Trade Centre S.A. (GTC) signed lease agreements in Platinium Business Park. Complex is situated at the intersection of Domaniewska and Wołowska st. in Warsaw. In one of the most popular business parks in the capital of Poland the fifth building of the complex is formed. This facility has already been leased in 70 percent, instead of the fact that the building is under construction. According to the plan it will be put into commission in June this year.
VeriFone Poland, the company specialized in secure electronic payment technologies, have leased over 1,100 sq.m in fifth building, Platinium Business Park V. This is 10 percent of lease area.
Another tenant of the complex is Schrack-Seconet, Austrian high-tec company for firealarm, communication and securitysystems. The corporation has leased 410 sq.m in Platinium Business Park IV (a typical floor has 1,024 sq.m). This building was completed in 2011 and is mostly rented by Aviva Group.
The energy efficient facilities of Platinium Business Park V have 11,000 sq.m of lease area. The office complex was designed by Grupa 5 Architekci studio (Group 5 Architects Studio). The general contractor for the development is Warbud.
