One of the buildings of Olivia Business Center – Olivia Six – is on a „short list” of structures nominated to the award for the best office for companies from the BPO and SSC sector. It is worth mentioning that this structure is the only office building that was nominated in this competition on the area of Tricity. Moreover, the whole complex was granted an award for the project Olivia Campus realized in cooperation with the University of Gdańsk and Gdańsk University of Technology. The jury of the competition also granted a nomination to residents of Olivia Business Center: PwC Poland in the category „General Advisory/Location Advisory Services Firm of the Year”, Hays Specialist Recruitment in the category „Best Recruitment Firm of the Year”, as well as Sii Sp. z o.o. and Atos IT Services Sp. z o.o. as „IT Services firm of the year – Poland”.
Tricity was nominated to the „short list” in the category of the most quickly developing agglomeration in the country once again. It is important that Tricity is appreciated on a broader scale by global service companies. We are perceived as one agglomeration and not as particular competitive cities. It is the key to success and even faster development of the whole Pomerania region where Tricity is the greatest driving force – said Maciej Kotarski, who is responsible for commercialization of Olivia Business Center.
The competition CEE Outsourcing and Shared Services Awards 2015 is aimed at honoring achievements of companies from the BPO and SSC sectors. The prestige of awards and nomination is emphasized by the fact that they are granted by an independent jury composed of representatives of industries representing the global companies and leading organizations.
