The meeting in Warsaw will be the second edition of the seminar Green Office Building (Zielony Biurowiec) and, at the same time, the 4th conference in the cycle of Innovative Poland. The honorary patronage over the meeting was taken by Polish National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management. The meeting, taking place in Copernicus Science Centre will be devoted to the theme of energy-saving technologies. It is related to emerging regulations, which state that from 2020, each new building in EU will have to be characterized by almost zero energy consumption. The discussion will be enriched by an exhibition of innovative solutions related to green building industry.
In the conference programme, there are issues related to green office building industry in Poland, the role of the state in promoting sustainable building industry, energy-saving and ecological technologies used in green building industry, ways of co-funding green building industry within the programmes of MTBiGM and NFOŚiGW, as well as green shopping and facilities with eco-certificate.
The conference is directed at all people and companies interested in introducing ecological solutions to the Polish office and commercial real estate market. Its participants include architects, developers, building engineers, investors, heads of join-stock companies, stockholders and representatives of trades interested in certification and revitalizing. The seminar is also directed at representatives of the IT sector, bankers, financiers and representatives of the government and local governments.
