Fujitsu Technology Solutions signed an annex to the lease contract in Textorial Park and increased the rented area by 5 400 m2.
Textorial Park is an A-class office complex with 12 000 of ofice and services area, conference center and 240 parking areas. Th ebuilding attracts lessees with lower tax rates because of the Łódź's Special Economic Zone status. Since year 2011 Textorial Park is Poland's third project to have BREEAM in -Use certificate.
