BREEAM certificate on Very Good level is going to prove Gdańsk Olivia Point's and Olivia Tower's, parts of the located in Tricity's center Olivia Business Centre, highest standards. Both buildings are going to be graded in 10 cathegories, in which taken into account will be such project's aspects as : building users' work comfort, energy efficiency, transport availability, materials and construction, management of the construction process and building's functioning, waste and water, as well as quality and volume of green areas.
Both buildings are going to distinguish themselves with the use of an advanced BMS (Building Management Systems) system, amenities for cyclists in the form of two changing rooms with showers, innovative green areas design and a series of sytems allowing for optimization of electricity and water use.
In turn, planned for the end of this year is certification of another building that is part of Olivia Business Centre - Olivia Gate. This structure, which was the first to be completed, applies for BREEAM certificate on Very Good level.
Gdańsk Olivia Business Centre's architectural design has been made by Konior&Partners architectural studio. The investor is co-creator of Wirtualna Polska and president of Business Angel Seedfund (BAS), Maciej Grabski.
