Department of Sii company officially inaugurated its activity in new office in Gdańsk - in Olivia Gate on 27th November.
Sii runs in IT outsourcing service sector and industrial engineering. In inauguration took part i.a. Marshall of the Pomorskie Voivodeship Mieczysław Struk, and Vice-Chancellor of Gdańsk University - Prof. Dr. hab. Mirosław Szreder.
Software Development Centre and Sii Test Centre has been located in Olivia Gate since 2012. Company leased 1 240sqm of A+class office space. Department in Gdańsk has been running since 2008 and is the second department of Sii in Poland. Last year it was characterized by a rapid increase of the company, which employed 250 people. Department mainly deals with customers from High-Tech business, banking and insurances. We generated business sales on the level of PLN 40 million last year - says Michael Desmurs, Managing Director of Sii Gdańsk. - Company has started its business within industrial engineering, in which they deal with project for world giants in motor industry.
Olivia Gate is, next to Olivia Point and Olivia Tower, part of the complex Olivia Business Centre, located at Grunwaldzka Street in Gdańsk. Office is the first executed stage of the complex. Olivia Business Center offer 120 000sqm of office space of the highest standard. Architecture Studio Konior&Partners from Brussels was responsible for architecture project.
Olivia Gate offers about 15 000sqm of office space and 1 878sqm of commerce space on the ground floor. Interiors were designed in a module formula, which will enable on its free arrangement. On the ground floor will be: canteen, restaurant, laundry, shops, kiosk and banks. Additionally, there will be also a courtyard with a fountain and green spaces with benches. Building will offer 420 parking spaces.
