First oral unlimited tender was announced by Lower Silesian Regional Development Agency. Subject of the tender is a property located at Wysockiego 10 Street in Wałbrzych together with a right of perpetual usufruct being a possession of the Treasury on which the building is located.
Building consists of two parts - three-tier office and commercial consisting of one aboveground tier and one underground. The whole structure offers 2 646,69sqm of total space, where 697sqm is designed for offices and 590sqm is a conference-exhibition space. There is also 184sqm of storage space in the building and a garage with a space of 451sqm. Office part of the building was established in 1998, however a second part was rebuilt and modernized in the same year. Office offers a possibility of free arrangement of interiors. There is also an opportunity of increasing office space by about 500sqm in the building.
Building is located in the centre of Wałbrzych, near a busy crossing of Kolejowa, Wysockiego and Sikorskiego Street. Stops of urban and suburban communication as well as structures of public usability i.a. banks can be found in the vicinity.
Office and garage space were leased by the subject with which a lease contract signed Lower Silesian Regional Development Agency.
Asking price of the property is 4 500 000 zł net. Tender will take place on 11th of February 2012 in the registered office of Lower Silesian Regional Development Agency in Szczawno-Zdrój.
