ZZN WAM Becomes the Administrator of the Financial Supervision Authority's Real Estate

ZZN WAM, belonging to the City Service Group, has begun to administrate office real estate of the Financial Supervision Authority in Warsaw.

At the end of 2012, City Service Group bought from the State Treasury 100% shares of the Polish company Zespół Zarządców Nieruchomości WAM JSC. City Service has thus expanded the domain of their activities to the commercial real estate market. The contract with the Polish Financial Supervision Authority is the company's first agreement concerning the office real estate sector in Poland. ZZN WAM is going to administer building infrastructure and operate the technical devices belonging to the Financial Supervision Authority.

We are one of the largest companies providing services related to real estate management in the Baltic countries and East-Central Europe. Entering the Polish market was another step towards our expansion in East-Central Europe. Through  ZZN WAM we offer, first and foremost, comprehensive administration of residential buildings. We want to gradually expand our client base, and to offer our services to the leasers of commercial space in all segments of this market, all over the country, like we do in other countries. Thanks to the scope of our activities and over 30 years of experience, we are able to adjust our offer to the dynamically changing needs and abilities of Polish commercial real estate leasers – says Zilvinas Lapinskas, CEO of City Service.

City Service's headquarters are located in Vilnius. The company is one of the largest among the providers of real estate management services in East-Central Europe and the Baltic countries. In Poland, City Service administrates 8.5 million sqM of commercial and residential space.
