Impact-Corti Has Been Bought by CBRE

CBRE Group announced the Impact-Corti Company purchase, which has been engaged in property management in the Czech Reppublic and Slovakia.

Impact-Corti operates in the real estate management sector in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The company has been managing 557 000 sqm of surface in 140 properties. The company annual income is about 10 billion of dollars.

IMPACT-CORTI has been known in the Czech Republic, from its professional real estate management services and projects. Thanks to its expertise and our experience, we will be able to increase the range of our services offered in the region, says Andreas Ridder, the CBRE Director in CEE district.

In Impact-Corti portfolio, apart from the office properties, there are also residential and storage properties. The company also offers services related to investment advice, lease of real estate and project management. It has been advising of such companies as, for example, GEMINI Business Center, LIGHTHOUSE Waterfront Towers and Burzovni Palac, which the headquarters of Prague Stock Exchange.

CBRE Group, a consulting and investing company on the commercial real estate market, has announced the purchase of Impact-Corti. As a result of this merger, 160 of specialists from the purchased company will join the CBRE team in Europe. At present, CBRE Group focuses on service development within CEE district. In mid 2011 CBRE purchased Euro Mall Center Management, specializing in shopping center management.
