SEB invests in Warsaw

The company specialised in asset management have purchased an office building in Mokotów.

The company specialised in asset management have purchased an office building in Warsaw. The office building in question that belongs to Marynarska Point complex has been rented entirely. In consequence it became a part of portfolio of a German fun SEB Europe Rei that is aimed at institutional investors.

The A class office building, completed in 2008, is located in the centre of Mokotów. The most important tenants are Generali, AC Nielsen and ILF Consulting Engineers while the average tenancy period is 5.4 years. The real property in question was previously owned by the Investec GLL Global Special Opportunities Real Estate fund, which is managed by GGL Real Estate Partners company. The purchase price is 38 M. Euro.

SEB Asset Management currently owns eight Polish investments, which are managed by different funds. The overall subject of management amounts to 119 k sqm with a market value of about 352 M. euro.
