Warbud finishes Pascal, the office building situated in Kraków

Warbud has signed contract regarding finishing works in the office building Pascal, Kraków.

The orderer is GTC Korona S.A. The contract was concluded on 30 September 2013, and Warbud is obliged to carry out the finishing works and implementation of designing details of the selected storeys of the Pascal office building, Kraków.

Warbud was also the general contractor of the raw state of the building. The works were completed in July 2009. The finishing works are going to be completed by March 2014.

Pascal jest częścią is a part of the Centrum Biurowe GTC, Kraków, which encompass the following office buildings: Newton, Edison, Galileo. The building is situated at the intersection of Armi Krajowej St. and Przybyszewskiego St. Such companies as BM, Raiffeisen Bank, KPMG, Grupa Lotos, Cetelem, Fortis Bank, Deloitte as well as Ahold Polska have their registered office in the other buildings of the compelx. The architectural design was prepared in DDJM, an architectural studio in Kraków. The seven storeys of the building will have the total surface of 98, 7 sqm. The two service premises are located at the ground floor are of 98, 7 sqm each and one premise of 404, 6 sqm. The offices in the building will have such solutions as telecommunications systems, drop ceilings, tilt windows, air conditioning, the full fire protection system and the access control. Occupants will have at their disposal 71 parking spaces.
