The Office Surface Team DTZ was counselling, among others, during lease of approximately 3600 sq. m. of office space for BPH S.A. in two buildings, an office building – Nautilus, as well as a newly built Avia. Both buildings are located in Cracow. What is more, the team responsible for representation of a lessor took part in negotiations of lease agreement of approximately 6400 sq. m. of surface by Sygma Bank in Trinity Park II, they also counselled during several significant leases in Mokotow Nova complex as well as Nowy Dom Jablowskich where the lease level reached 97 per cent. The two investments are located in Warsaw.
The office market in Warsaw is becoming increasingly competitive. Over 280 000 sq. m. of modern surface were delivered and next 600 000 sq. m. remain under construction.
