The first tenant in City Green Court, Prague – one of the Skanska’s investments, is PricewaterhouseCoopers. PWC is going to occupy 12 000 sq. m. of office space in the building which was awarded as the first one in the Czech Republic with the LEED pre-certificate with the highest possible rating – Platinum.
PwC is going to relocate its registered office to Pankrác in 2013.The decision regarding the firm’s relocation results from the current strategy, which aims to develop and strengthen PwC’s position on Czech’s market. In the new office building, of the surface larger by 50 per cent, will work 800 people.
