The last building of BPH Office Park transferred to the tenant

BPH Office Park in Gdańsk
The entire BHP Office Park in Gdańsk was handed over to the sole tenant - Bank BHP.

On 17 January, the last of three buildings included in the BHP Office Park was put into use. The investment is located on Jana Pałubickiego Street in Gdańsk and offers 19 000 sq. m of space. In the near future, 2700 employees will work in the complex, who were previously located in various office blocks in Gdańsk.

EURO STYL is the developer of the investment. BPH Office Park was designed according to the build to suit system, that is to fulfill the needs of a specific tenant - in this case, Bank BHP. The first bank employees moved into the complex at the beginning of July 2013, when the first stage of the project, two office blocks, was finished.

The buildings offer A class office space. In the project, many modern solutions were included, such as: BMS, emergency power system (UPS), power generator, air conditioning with individual temperature control, switchboard using IP technology, and systems: access control system, Intrusion Detection System, fire alarm system, or CCTV. In the building, there are also ecological heating technologies and energy-efficient facade. In the offices designed to be used as call center, there are damping systems installed on the walls, ceilings and floors. In order to increase the user comfort, the space has zone temperature control, videoconference systems, integrated conference hall booking systems and modern telephone infrastructure, including IP telephony and Internet access via Wi-Fi. The leitmotifs of the interior design were three different lines - pop, modern and natural. Photographs made by the employees of Bank BHP were used in the interior design.
