Office Centre Neptun is located on Grunwaldzka Street 103A in Wrzeszcz district. The investment, made by the Hines company, is a modern office block with service functions, which offers almost 16 000 sq.m of space of the A class standard. Budimex S.A. was the general contractor of the recently completed construction works.
Currently, the finishing works are in progress on selected floors. In March, the offices will be occupied by the first tenants.
Grunwaldzka Avenue is the main thoroughfare connecting the centre of Gdańsk with Sopot and Gdynia. So, the advantage of the property is its location. The building provided the market with 15 300 sq.m of office space, located on 18 floors. This is the first high-rise office building in Gdańsk - it is 86 m high. On the ground floor of Office Centre Neptun, there is a presentable reception hall, as well as service and commercial points. On the first floor, conference halls for the future users of the building have been designed.
The architectural concept of the Office Centre Neptun was developed by the Aedas studio. This project won the competition organised by Hines in early 2010.
