Last year, a record-breaking amount of office space hit the market in the capital city - almost 300 000 sq. m. Developers also worked hard on the markets in regional cities, particularly in Wrocław and Trójmiasto. The construction of many interesting projects was completed, which doubtlessly influenced the appearance of the cities where they are located. Which office investment completed in 2013 can be called the most interesting one?
You - the readers of our portal - will decide about it, voting for one of the projects submitted to the competition organised by e-biurowce Internet portal. The winning investment will be named the Office Block of 2013, and it will be also shown on the pages of the latest publication by E-BIUROWCE: The summary of the office market in 2013.
16 investments from whole Poland compete for the prize. Projects which are submitted to the competition are the ones which were built or refurbished in 2013.
