The implementation of Business Garden Wrocław will begin later this year. The first stage involves the construction of three buildings, offering a total of 37 000 sq. m. The project is being built on Legnicka Street in Wrocław and is the first office investment of the company in this city.
Ultimately, the investment in Wrocław will offer over 110 000 sq. m of lease area and will consist of eight office buildings and a hotel. The building permit applies to the project in its entirety, but the construction works will be carried out in stages.
Business Garden Wrocław was designed by the studio APA Wojciechowski. The project involves construction of an internal garden with a central restaurant pavilion, work and leisure zone for the employees. Here will be located a basketball court as well as places with public access to Wi-Fi.
The investment was issued the LEED pre-certificate on the Gold level, which means that the building uses energy-efficient solutions and technologies reducing the consumption of natural resources.
The developer and investor of Business Garden Wrocław is the company SwedeCenter, belonging to the Inter IKEA Group. This is the third project of the company, created in Poland under the brand name of Business Garden. At the end of 2012, the first stage of Business Garden Warsaw was completed, whereas the first stage of Business Garden Poznań is to be put into use at the beginning of 2015.
