The office block, located on Postępu Street, near Galeria Mokotów, was given the assessment “Very Good” in the category Asset Rating. The category Building Management was evaluated by the experts as “excellent.” The owner of the building, a Spanish investor Azora Europa, entrusted this kind of activities to the company Savills. The real estate management team has been responsible for the lease of office space available in Mokotów Plaza for 5 years.
The building consists of 5 floors and offers 15 300 sq. m of office space. In the standard of its fittings, there are, among others, suspended ceilings, regulated air conditioning and smoke detectors.
We are pleased that our building, Mokotów Plaza, received such high ratings in both categories, and we hope that this testimony will be an additional encouragement for potential tenants. In the certification process, the management team of the building once again demonstrated its full commitment.
