Crucial contract of lease on Manhattan

Condé Nast main lessee of the One World Trade Center.

Cushman & Wakefield, as a sole agent of the building investors, has participated in commercialization of area. Company has finalized the contract of lease for 93 sq.meters, what states for one-third of whole office space. This is the biggest trasaction of lessee in private sector for over 20 years.


Condé Nast is the second, after China Center New York LLC, big renter in One World Trade Center.

The height of the building will be 541 meters. It is going to be the biggest object on the west hemisphere. Till now it is builded 67 from 71 floors - every week stands another floor. Whole investition wil be finished in 2013 year for amount of 3,1 million of dollars.
