Adgar Postepu Sp. Z o.o., the owner of the Adgar complex, have signed the lease agreement for 226 sq. m. in Adgar Plaza B. The tenant is Business Advisor, the leading Polish consulting firm.
Business Advisors is going to occupy surface of 226 sq. m. on the first floor of the 10-storey Adgar Plaza B. The lease agreement was signed for a specified period of 5 years. The tenant is going to move into the new office before the mid-July 2011.
The sole agent responsible for lease of the surface in the complex is Jones Lang LaSalle.
