Platinum Properties Group, holding of coo-partnerships functioning on the property market, purchased a plot in Poznań where they will built A class office.
New office will be located on 0.5 ha area at Obornicka Street which is one of the most important exit roads in Poznań. Building will have over 10 000sqm of usable space. Coo-partnership want to gain proceeds mainly from long-term lease contracts. They also think about selling a completed property.
Among currently executed investments, PPG SA owns also Rezydencja Naruszewicza in Warsaw and Commercial-Residential Complex Svetly Dali near Moscov. Coo-partnership is looking for investments' possibilities in the whole region of Middle-East Europe.
