Co-partnership TreiMorfa got a penalty of almost PLN20 million for not finalization of the building on target.

Co-partnership TreiMorfa got a penalty of almost PLN20 million for not finalization of the building on target. The representatives of the company required the annulment of the penalty from the city, and invoked to Self-Government Appeal Court.

"Szkieletor" was built almost 30 years ago, however the building hasn't been finalized. Many ideas occurred how to develop this place, but none of these were finalized. Co-partnership is planning to adapt the building as an office-hotel-apartment building. Redevelopment is detained, and the city impose million penalties on the company for defaulting the deadline.

Self-Government Appeal Court issued a judgement in re "Szkieletor". They think that implying of penalties hasn't been going properly and they ordered the parish to re-recognition. The city must present if they didn't contribute to delay of the building. Investor counts on a total remission of the penalty, which is constantly increasing and soon it can exceed the property's purchase cost - PLN30 million. The owner will probably withdraw from the investment if he will have to pay the penalty.
