Eurocentrum strives for a certification LEED with a Gold status, it means that not only applied solutions, technologies or installations will be evaluated but also its effective functioning. During the certification process, the main emphasis is put on a decrease of water usage and energy-saving.
Investor, CP Realty II fund of Capital Park Group, has already been given a building permission. A general contractor of the project is being chosen at the moment. Eurocentrum will consists of 15 tiers, a total lease space will amount to over 66 000sqm. There will be offices, shopping strips, patios with green gardens and parking in the building.
