New offices in Lublin

Construction works at Centrum Zana Holding are currently being conducted in the Lublin Helenów district. Three offices with the total office area amounting to 49 000 sq. m will be realized within the first stage of the project.

CZ Office Park will be an office and service complex class A. The developer envisaged building of three structures: A, B and C with the total area of 49 000 sq. m. At present, works at realization of a 14-tier building, which has already reached -1 level, are being conducted. The structure is going to offer 20 000 sq. m of office area and its completion is planned on May 2017. The building of a smaller 6-tier office started in September and its commission is envisaged on February 2017. Moreover, an office structure with 14 tiers will be also realized within the complex. It will offer 17 000 sq. m of office area to its tenants. Works at its realization will start in June 2017. The project of two buildings A and B was devised in Adam Krzowski Projekt and Archim Studio Pracownia Architektoniczna Marek Bajun whereas building C was devised in Odyseja Adam Mazur.

 

The complex will be located at the crossroads of Kraśnicka Avenue and Nałęczowska Street in Lublin in close proximity to academic centers and major communicational routes of the city. The area, on which the investment will be realized, will be completed by a greenery zone as well as relaxation zone in the form of a public square integrated in the office development.

 

The potential of Lublin has been appreciated by a broader group of investors within recent years. Close proximity to Warsaw, location on the area of three economic zones (Tarnobrzeg, Mielec and Starachowice), lower lease prices of office areas are only some of many assets which attract investors to this city. Moreover, Lublin has a rich human capital – in 9 Lublin universities there are 70 thousand people, 10 thousand of them are students of economics and administration and 6.5 thousand of them study engineering and technics. A rich base of a qualified staff, that is potential employees, favors development of modern services for business (BSS). In Lublin, there are many companies from this sector with Polish, French, Amercian, British, Finnish, Indian and Italian capital which hire almost 4.5 thousand people. Taking the business profile into account, there are relatively many IT centers in Lublin (40 per cent of all such centers in Poland) as well as Shared Services Centers (SSC).
