West Station office complex, the developer and owner of which is HB Reavis, received the BREEAM Interim certificate at the Excellent level.

West Station office complex, the developer and owner of which is HB Reavis, received the BREEAM Interim certificate at the Excellent level. Jointly, it gained 73.2 per cent of maximal number of points in this system. We are even more glad about this distinction because we received a very high grade in two fields during the audit and they are especially important taking future tenants into consideration. I am thinking about particular categories devoted to availability of structures in respect of communication and health as well as good well-being of all future users – says Stanislav Frnka, chairman of the board, HB Reavis in Poland.

It is worth mentioning that it is the third BREEAM certificate which was granted to the office investment realized by HB Reavis on the metropolitan market. Similar distinctions were granted to Gdański Business Center and Postępu 14.

The West Station office complex will be composed of two 14-tier buildings which will jointly offer 68 400 sq. m of office area class A. The investment is being realized in close proximity to the Warszawa Zachodnia railway station and in the neighborhood of a communicational artery leading to the S8 expressway and A2 motorway which is really a crucial factor to the capital. The complex will be equipped with e.g. dedicated showers and changing rooms for bicyclists as well as solutions enhancing comfort of tenants such as acoustic isolation, air-conditioning and ventilation systems with a central function of air humidification. Moreover, a station for charging electric cars will be located on the area of the structure.

The building of the Warsaw West Station project started in the fourth quarter of 2014. The first stage of the investment will be completed in the third quarter of 2016 and the second one – in the fourth quarter of 2017. The first tenants of the structure are e.g. companies owned by PKP – PKP SA group, PKP Informatyka and PKP Intercity as well as Carsan car wash and Friends cafe. The architectural project of the complex was devised in the FS&P ARCUS Sp. z o.o. architectural studio.
