The Department of Office Areas of CBRE will be responsible for lease of buildings included in the commercial portfolio of Wolf Immobilien Polen. CBRE will be engaged in commercialization of two offices situated in the capital – Wolf Zielna and Wolf Nullo as well as office and service building Wolf Marszałkowska, which is also situated in Warsaw. The total leased area offered by these investments amounts to more than 20 700 sq. m.
All buildings included in the portfolio are situated in the very strict center, which is a magnet attracting tenants. The numbers confirm what we may observe – the activity of tenants has recently been the highest for years and the central area of the city is more and more often considered as the best location for situating headquarters by investors. Wolf Marszałkowska is an office class A situated in the strict center of Warsaw. It offers about 4000 sq. m of commercial and service space and around 11 000 sq. m of office area located on 11 tiers. Wolf Zielna is a boutique office building, which delivers 4000 sq. m of office space to the Warsaw market. The last building – Wolf Nullo – is a small office located at Franciszka Nullo Street, which offers 1700 sq. m of office space.
