Árpád Török, CEO of TriGranit chosen to the Most Inspiring Real Estate CEO by Global Brands Magazine.

The Leadership Award of the leading global brand medium, The Global Brands Magazine aims to identify and acknowledge the significance of exceptional service delivery and inspirational leadership. In 2016, Árpád Török, Chief Executive Officer of TriGranit was chosen to the Most Inspiring Real Estate CEO. Mr. Török’s professional achievements have been acknowledged by several independent mediums in the past, being named e.g. the CEO of the Year 2016 by Finance Monthly, or receiving the Industry Leadership Award by CIJ Magazine in 2011. 

The Global Brands Award was established with the aim of honouring excellence in performance and rewarding Companies and Exceptional personalities across different sectors. The award honours companies and leaders who have performed extraordinarily well in the field of e.g. Finance, Education, Real Estate or Technology, and are given to acknowledge key players. This year’s leadership award winners include CEO’s of such prestigious companies like TATA Group, Lloyds Banking Group, UBS Group AG or the fashion brand Chanel.

Being chosen as the most inspiring real estate personality is a great honour and acknowledgment, as I personally think, that inspiration is a must for moving forward and reaching exceptional results both on personal and corporate level. Nominations are accepted from companies throughout the year across a wide range of categories.  Nominations are adjudged by an independent external research agency, and beneath the nomination itself data was collected by the magazine’s team from different sources including third party data providers and annual reports.

Mr Török has more than 20 years of successful executional and managerial track record in real estate leasing, development and transactions in CEE, Russia and Greece. As CEO of TriGranit since 2009, his leadership helped not only TriGranit but the property business community to overcome the crisis. Between 2009-2016, TriGranit succeeded to obtain over 1 billion Euros in financing and refinancing to develop more than 900,000 m² of projects completed or currently under construction. With his active participation asset disposals in CEE - including a corporate disposal in 2015 to TPG - with a cumulative transaction volume of 1.2 billion Euros were completed over the last 7 years. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). He was awarded the Order of Merit of the Republic of Hungary – Golden Cross by the President of Hungary in 2012.
