Legprzem has begun realisation of the storehouse with office part in it located by Cieplownicza st.
The project has already received a legally valid construction permit. The preparations for the foundations of the building are being done on the construction yard.
There are also talks conducted with potential tenants. The date of the project being finished depends on the interest in space available for rental and on the amount of contracts signed.
