The project envisages common areas, conference rooms and relaxation zone. Thanks to renting two floors in the new building, the Nordea Capital Markets IT Department will increase employment to 250 people. Colliers International is to support the Scandinavian company during the transaction process.
Nordea Bank AB Department in Poland specializes in financial services related to support of processes of business units of the Scandinavian Nordea Group and offers complex solutions in the area of IT. The company operates in two Polish locations – Tricity and Łódź.
We are very pleased about the fact that Nordea, as one of the first companies, decided to strengthen cooperation with Olivia Business Center. It chose the best quality. Olivia Star will be the first building class A+ in northern Poland with an extremely rich list of services for tenants and a series of solutions enhancing work comfort. The good example is the elevation with adjustable elements, which enable natural ventilation of all office floors. Additionally, we have designed and surveyed the façade by ourselves. It will be the first such building in Poland – emphasizes Maciej Kotarski, Lease Director of Olivia Business Center.
Olivia Star will be the highest building in northern Poland (it is to reach 180 meters with the spires). The highest floor of Olivia Star will provide a view over the panorama, including Zatoka Gdańska (Gdańsk Bay), cliffs of Gdynia, ports, Półwysep Helski (Hel Peninsula) and Tricity Landscape Park. Thus, a public observation deck and conference center are to be placed on the highest floors of the building.
