Equator IV with the first tenant

Karimpol Group has signed a lease agreement with the Zdrofit fitness club chain for 1 662 sq. m. at the Equator IV office building. The tenant will occupy the entire first and ground floor at the Austrian developer's emerging building located in the Ochota district in Warsaw.

Zdrofit is the first tenant of Karimpol Group's investment that emerges at Aleje Jerozolimskie. On the ground floor of a two-level fitness club a reception will be located, while the entire first floor will be covered with the spacious, well designed and fully equipped gyms. The fitness club at the Equator IV will be one of the biggest facilities belonging to the Zdrofit chain in Warsaw. The company was represented in negotiations with Karimpol by SkyWest.

Zdrofit  is a chain of 14 fitness clubs (located in Warsaw), in which more than 60 various types of fitness classes, dedicated to people of all ages and physical conditions, are carried out. The gym, cross training, spinning, relax in the sauna are also included in the club’s offer. 

 

Construction of Equator IV is due to be completed within the next 14 months and marks the culmination of the Equator Office Park, which is located on Aleje Jerozolimskie in Warsaw. The facility will have 34 935 sq. m. of total space, 14 over ground floors dedicated to office and technical space, as well as four underground levels intended for car park for 226 cars. Ultimately, it will feature 7 elevators and 19 820 sq. m. of office, commercial, service and gastronomical space. In addition, 78 bicycle racks and 40 parking spaces will be available outside the building.

 

Equator IV will be a class A office building, BREEAM certificated (Very Good). The tower and its surroundings will be fully accessible to people with disabilities.
