The company specializes in performance and service of infrastructure of construction buildings, renewable energy sources, sales, or optimization of purchases as well as energy and natural gas consumption with the application of highly developed IT technologies. It delivers energy in the form of heat, electricity and gas. Additionally, the company specializes in service and investment services in the area of heat and electrical infrastructure.

Bobrowiecka 8 is situated between Sobieskiego Street and Czerniakowska Street. The building offers nearly 22 000 sq. m of office space and over 2400 sq. m of retail space. The project of the office envisages an opportunity of individual design, green relaxation zones within art garden in the atrium and on the square between Bobrowiecka 8 and Bobrowiecka 10. The investment was awarded pre-certification BREEAM in 2016 and the full BREEAM certification will be confirmed after completion of the office in autumn this year. The general contractor is Hochtief Poland SA. Additionally, the author of the architectural project is JEMS Architekci Sp. z o.o., whereas CBRE is responsible for the commercialization process.
