Spectra Development – a company which is responsible for Bobrowiecka 8 – signs a lease contract with ENGIE, which belongs to the international ENGIE Group.

We decided to choose Bobrowiecka 8 due to numerous reasons. The key element, except for modern office space of high quality designed for work comfort of our employees, is location which enables contacts and communication between companies of the ENGIE Group situated in this particular neighborhood. Thanks to the newest solutions suggested by ENGIE in the world, we will install charges to electric cars in front of the office which will be at the disposal of both tenants and external users of cars – says Jan Woźniak, Managing Director of ENGIE Group in Poland.

ENGIE will rent ca. 1000 sq. m in Bobrowiecka 8, which is situated in the Warsaw’s Dolny Mokotów district. The company specializes in performance and service of infrastructure of construction buildings, renewable energy sources, sales, or optimization of purchases as well as energy and natural gas consumption with the application of highly developed IT technologies. It delivers energy in the form of heat, electricity and gas. Additionally, the company specializes in service and investment services in the area of heat and electrical infrastructure. 

Bobrowiecka 8 responds to the needs of modern organizations such as ENGIE. Timeless architecture and perfect location are the main assets of our project. At present, we are conducting advanced talks with other tenants, for whom functionality and flexibility of office space as well as incredible atmosphere of Bobrowiecka 8 are the added values for company’s image and work comfort for employees – says Dariusz Sokołowski, Chairman of the Board of Spectra Development.

Bobrowiecka 8 is situated between Sobieskiego Street and Czerniakowska Street. The building offers nearly 22 000 sq. m of office space and over 2400 sq. m of retail space. The project of the office envisages an opportunity of individual design, green relaxation zones within art garden in the atrium and on the square between Bobrowiecka 8 and Bobrowiecka 10. The investment was awarded pre-certification BREEAM in 2016 and the full BREEAM certification will be confirmed after completion of the office in autumn this year. The general contractor is Hochtief Poland SA. Additionally, the author of the architectural project is JEMS Architekci Sp. z o.o., whereas CBRE is responsible for the commercialization process.
