On a plot of over 14 thousand sq.m Treimorfa company plans plans to build a 102.5 m tower with generally available office space. Immediate vicinity of Rondo Mogilskie in Cracow became the destination for the large office building. Unfortunatelly, the city authorities prevent the construction. Land Development and Management Conditions were suspended by Regional Administrative Court.
Land development plan includes that a tower with associated buildings will rise at the plot. Total amount of office complex will have 100 thousand sq m of total area. A skyscraper will contain office space, a hotel, apartments, stores and an underground parking. The interior will be publicly available to tenants.
First skyscraper projects were prepaired in the seventies. According to the plan 6 building will be built. They will concentrate around the Piazza - 16-meter promenade at the central part of the complex. In the first phase of investment 25 thousand sq.m of usable area (3 buildings) will be completed and available for rent.
