Europejskie Centrum Inwestycyjne SA and Hapag-Lloyd Poland Sp. z o.o. have been leasing office space in New City for years. Now both companies plan to stay longer in the complex. The existing lease contracts are renewed for the next years.

The New City office complex is still popular among the existing tenants. This location has been the head office of Europejskie Centrum Inwestycyjne SA (ECI SA) for eight years and the company has recently renewed its lease contract for the next four years. The office space currently leased by the company amounts to 720 sq. m. Hapag-Lloyd Poland Sp. z o.o. will stay in New City for the next three years but it will expand its office next month, occupying 178 sq. m of office space.

The New City office complex comprises two buildings – New City and New City 2, which deliver 44 000 sq. m of office space to the market. They are situated at Marynarskiej 15 Street in the Warsaw’s Mokotów office district. This location is in close proximity to the crossroads of Wilanowskiej Avenue and Marynarskiej, Wołoskiej and Gintrowskiego Streets so the access to the complex is also possible from other districts of the city.

New City is characterized with a perfect exposition, high standard of modern office and common space, attractive commercial and service offer and professional management. We are really proud that our long-time tenants want to develop their structures in our complex – says Edyta Wołukanis, Asset Manager at Hines Poland.

New City belongs to the Hines Global REIT fund, which is managed by Hines Poland. This company specializes in carrying out investments on the real estate market.
