We are currently looking for new projects. Our previous projects turned out to be very lucrative to all those who have invested in them along with us. Our standard is tight cooperation with investors and external finance institutions on every stage of the project. We have changes the purpose of use of Palac Mlodziejewskiego which proves our dynamic reactions to changes on the market - said Radoslaw Sieron CEO of Mermaid Properties. - We are aware that revitalizing old buildings is a very demanding market due to things such as heritage conservator’s control over projects. Our experience shows however, that projects like this are very interesting for our customers. Our projects are not just business for us but they are also actions that bring benefit to the city and its citizens. – adds Radoslaw Sieron.
