JPBC Business Center office is being erected in Lublin. Presently, building is during a stage of putting elevation, installation and finishing works. Building will be ready made in the second quarter of 2013.
JPBC Business Center is located at Jana Pawła II 17 Street. Access from the city centre is available due to Aleja Kraśnickiego and Streets such as Armii Krajowa, Filaretów, Nadbystrzycka. A total space will be amounted to 6 688sqm, from which 5 400sqm will be an office, commercial, service space.
Zbigniew Szeliga from architecture studio "Baszta" is responsible for the architecture project. Building will have a modern shape. Inside the office solutions such as technical floor will be employed. The structure will also have a security 24 hours per day, employed open space system will enable a free arrangement of interiors. JPBC Business Center is being built according to environment-friendly principles, which examples can be energy-saving technologies i.a. heat pumps.
Building is being executed by JPBC, company is connected with service of property market. The general contractor of investment is Max-Bud Grzegorz Pawłowski company from Lublin.
