Schneider Electric joined tenants of the office surface in the Adgar Business Centre. The agreement for lease of near 1.7 m sq. m. was signed between representatives of the tenant, Jaroslav Zlabek – the director of the board and Teresa Rondomanska – the director of SE EMEA FiSS, Warsaw and the prosecutor of ABC – Hanna Psikorek. Representatives of Jones Lang LaSalle, the agent responsible for renting the space in the Adgar Complex, were also present at the signing of documents. The agreement includes possibility to lease further 430 sq. m.
We are pleased that we can open our new office in the Adgar office complex. We plan to create here Centrum Wspolnych Usług Finansowych (Shared Finance Services Centre (EMEA FiSS) (Shared Financial Services Centre), which will be responsible for accounting services for the Europe region – said Teresa Rondomanska.
Schneider Electric is going to move into the new registered office in three stages: in May 2010, April 2011 and April 2012.
