The company White Stone Development, together with the affiliate company MF Capital, is responsible for the implementation of Multimedialny Dom Plusa. The building, located on Konstruktorska Street 4, will offer ca. 23 000 sq. m of A class office space, entirely at the disposal of the mobile network Plus GSM. The design of the investment was prepared by the architectural studio Kuryłowicz & Associates. The architects worked on it with the future, comprehensive tenant in mind. Long term lease agreement was signed before the start of construction works.
The construction of Multimedialny Dom Plusa began in the autumn of 2013. The general constructor is the company SPS Construction. The completion of finishing works is scheduled for the summer of 2015.
