The investors of the office complex in Cracow: TriGranit Development Corporation and Grupa IPR, signed the credit agreement with the representatives of the banks ING Bank Śląski and mBank. The total sum of the investment financing amounted almost to 87 million euro.

At the moment, B4B complex consists of four office blocks with a total area of 35 000 sq. m gross. The received funding will be used for the construction of three new buildings: E, F, and G, which will provide a total of 30 000 sq. m of office space. The first building is to be completed in the first quarter of 2015.

In the building E we have already rented 35 per cent. of the space, reveals Tomasz Lisiecki, the President of TriGranit Development Polska. Thanks to the financing, good cooperation with banks and potential Tenants’ interest, we can continue to work on another stage of the office project, which has already become a part of the office fabric of the city and currently is one of the best locations in the city for the Tenants who need modern office space, he says.

The second stage of B4B will be issued the BREEAM certificate with the assessment Very Good. The buildings of the investment in Kraków are characterised by a high quality of refine material and availability of parking places.

We are proud that we can support such a renowned partner as TriGranit Development Polska in the next stages of transforming the post-industrial part of Kraków into modern, environmentally-friendly office location, where there are many jobs and many more will be created, emphasises Włodzimierz Skonieczny, Commercial Real Estate Financing Manager in ING Bank Śląski.
