The highest apartment building in the West Europe is being constructed in London. It is a 310-storey tower, which will rise above the level of clouds – informs “Home Broker Daily”. There will be flats, restaurants, offices as well as hotel rooms. It is going to be commissioned in 2012.
The London skyscraper yields only to projects in Moscow. This year, there is going to be finished construction of Mercury City Tower, which will be 380 metres high. This skyscraper is a part of Moscow International Business Center, being the most dynamically developing areas of the Russian capital city.
