Skanska plans on construction of “Green House, an office building, in Budapest. The building is to be built in the second half of 2012 and the cost of its erection will amount to 32 m Euro – informs realdeal.hu
The office building is going to meet the requirements needed to obtain the iconological certification of LEED. The investor is going to make use of modern technologies, which will lower energy consumption by 30 per cent whereas water consumption will drop by 64 per cent.
The building is going to be erected in the business part of the city. There will be available approximately 26 000 sq. m. of office space.
