Four modern buildings are going to enrich the city, if the planning and construction of the Lublin investments will proceed smoothly and according to the plan.
Hanski Office Center, an office building is built, at Jana Pawla II Ave. The building is Hanski Sp. Z o.o.’s investment, a daughter company of Hanesco and Speedcar. Over one third of 6 000 sqm of the space office have already been leased – as we read in “Kurier Lubelski”.
Realisation of the second building will soon begin in HOC’s vicinity. Batory Investment, a company that is in possession of an office building at Krasnickiej and Galeria Rusałka, has taken on construction of the office building and the supermarket. The upper storey, out of the two, of the aforementioned building will be occupied with offices. The building is going to have a simple body, finished with stone and wood elements.
Another investment, which is located in Czuby, is a hotel constructed by Hotele A. Podolska I Spółka. Mak Dom is also planning to begin an investment process. In this way, the development group want to complete investment that was aborted 10 years ago. The structure, which originally was designed as an office building, will most likely be transformed into a building with other functions.
