Echo Investment has redesigned Aurus, an office building located in Lodz. The changes that were introduced will allow for a gradual implementation and flexible sale of the project.
According to the new concept of the office building, the two 10-storey buildings of a total surface of 20 000 sq. m. prepared for lease, whereby the office space will occupy approximately 18 000 sq. m. Approximately 1 000 sq. m. will be available to rent per one storey.
Buildings were designed in a way allowing for a flexible division of storeys. The spatial layout of the building allows for access to natural light throughout the entire office space. Aurus is going to be fitted with modern technological solutions, security, surveillance and access control systems.
Aurus is being built at Aleja Piłsudzkiego, Lodz. There are, among others: Centrum Biznesu, Centrum Rozrywki Silver Screen and Hotel IBIS (by Echo Investment) or shopping mall Galeria Łódzka. The design of the building was prepared by architects from B'ART, Pracownia Architektury, Urbanistyki i Wnętrz Bartłomiej Biełyszew. The end of the works is planned on 2012.
